Also, the result of the Squash Ladder will enable us to award handicap points which will be taken into consideration for the forthcoming Squash Handicap Tournament. So there is another reason to play all your league matches! Register now for the next tournament, Sat 26th and Sunday 27th November. £5 Registration Fee

Doubles Tournament
Doubles matches will be introduced in the Squash Handicap Tournament. In case you are interested in learning more about Squash Doubles Rules an explanation will be available at the Squash Board for your reference.

Middlesex Winter League
The Middlesex Winter League is upon us. The first team open their campaign in the first division with a home match on Monday 3rd October and will be competing against the likes of Peter Barker – former world number four, Adrian Waller – world top 30 player, Richie Fallows – current world under 19 champion.  Our new No1 player, Adam Auckland has been ranked 105 in the world and brings world class squash to the club. Read more about Adamhere.
Do come along and support the team and witness some world class squash in action!!! You might even get a chance to watch yours truly (Daniel) in action too!

Junior Coaching
Our junior squash coaching sessions every Saturday are going well with good attendance and great progress being made.

The new fitness and agility sessions on Sundays at 9.30am continue to be popular. These sessions are beneficial for both tennis and squash juniors, all are welcome to come along and give it a try.

Fitness News

The gym is looking great with fresh upholstery giving the benches and resistance machines a new lease of life.

Lots of members have been taking advantage of adding fitness to their existing membership (£100 per year), good to see everyone getting in shape for the summer season.

Click on the following link for Fitness Classes Timetable.

Our fitness classes are back in full swing after the summer. Yoga, Salsa and Pilates are free for fitness members and £5 to other members. Danie has introduced a number of other classes, these cost £5 for all members, paid directly to Danie at the class.

Facilities and Equipment
The club is consistently looking to improve it’s facilities and fitness equipment. We have been in contact with Technogym and Life Fitness to secure the latest equipment. We are currently looking at replacing our cross trainers by the end of the month.

The management and gym committee are also aware of the poor state of the gym flooring and are looking at all possible options for improvement, including fitting new flooring. We do not anticipate any interruption to the use of the gym when works are carried out.

Bowls News

Our Indoor Winter league has started. We welcome players of all levels from novices to seasoned veterans.

Bowls is a popular choice for corporate events with our bowlers on hand to show you the ropes. Call us for more information.
