Club Opening Times In Light Of Covid-19: 

Paddington Sports Club is open to members only for outdoor tennis and outdoor bowls for restricted hours.

Please note, the clubhouse as well as all other indoor spaces including toilets, will not be accessible to members.

Tennis court opening hours:

08:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday

09:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday

Outdoor bowling opening hours:

08:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday (only at pre-arranged sessions)

09:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday (only at pre-arranged sessions)

Adult Drop-In Tennis

Whether you are aiming to be the next Wimbledon champion or are keen to learn a new sport, PSC’s affordable tennis drop-in sessions are perfect for adults of all abilities.

Our team of enthusiastic tennis coaches can help everybody improve their tennis game. Whether you are a complete novice in the sport or an experienced player who wants to progress further in the game, our coaches are on hand to help take your game to the next level.

Kickstarters – For those who are learning or who have not played for a while

Beginners – For those who are playing tennis for the first time

Improvers – For those who are comfortable with the basics and want to develop an all-round game

Intermediate – For those who are looking to develop their tennis skills and can also enjoy a competitive game

Advanced – For those who are playing very competitive tennis and are able to master most elements of the game

PSC’s drop-in classes occur throughout the week and we have a variety of sessions to choose from that will no doubt help you fulfil your potential.

All drop-in classes are on a first come first served basis and all tickets for the class must be presented to the coach before the beginning of the session.

A brilliant fitness option to make working out work for you

At Paddington Sports Club we want our members to lead healthier and happier lives, by making fitness fun and delivering results in the process.

PSC is a friendly, passionate and social environment where members can use our state of the art gym equipment.

From cardiovascular machines to resistance machines, alongside areas for stretching and ab workouts, you are sure to sweat up a storm and achieve all your health and fitness goals at our club.

Fitness memberships in London are by no means cheap. However, when coming across PSC’s membership fees, most if not all will agree that we offer the best value in the capital.

With our fitness membership also bringing the benefit of free fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates and Boxercise for members, the range of fitness opportunities are endless, and the best thing about it? Non-members are also welcome for £10 per class!

Bookings for classes are taken online at the start of the week on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is crucial that you do not delay in signing up as our classes are extremely popular amongst members.

Bowls

With the freshly cut grass beneath their feet, a lawn bowl in one hand and an ice-cold beverage in the other, all individuals are more than welcome to experience our immaculate greens whether you prefer outdoor or indoor bowls!

Over the years, the PSC bowls section has produced 25 national champions and 35 international players and is widely recognised as one of the leading bowling clubs throughout the country.

Our vision to attract as many people into the game as possible is well reflected in our members as we have a wide range of ages, abilities and backgrounds in our club, who mix well together.

The sport is considerably popular with visitors who attend our regular corporate events. So if you were thinking of inviting some friends to PSC, why not consider having a bowl? By prior arrangement, a bowls trainer can be provided by the club who will have you mastering the sport in no time!

PSC has also introduced a new bowls subscription for Indoor Bowls Only which is priced at £135 per annum for adults.

Indoor Barefoot Bowls:

First Friday of every month everyone is invited to experience our indoor barefoot bowls event (outdoors during the summer). 18:00 until 20:00 followed by a quiz night until late.

£5 for members.

£10 for non-members.

£1 quiz entry.

Roll-Ups and Club Night:

Paddington Sports Club’s bowls section has a reputation for being relaxed and friendly, with our members popping in during the week for informal ‘roll-up’ games or for more competitive practice.

Our bowls roll-ups take place on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Play starts at 14:00, so it is advisable to arrive at 13.30.

Club Night is every Thursday from 18:00.

Nisa’s Kitchen

In the mood for amazing Thai food?

At Paddington Sports Club we know how important it is to eat well.

Always keeping in mind our motto to lead healthier and happier lives, Nisa’s Kitchen serves freshly cooked traditional Thai dishes which are prepared from the finest ingredients and include daily specials to complement the core menu.

Club Days

Club days at Paddington Sports Club brings out the social side of the club, as it allows members to come and play against each other in a fun and casual environment. Non-members who are interested in a membership can also drop in and familiarise themselves with our surroundings.  

Sessions are supervised by one of our coaches who will schedule matches as well as being available to offer advice throughout the session. Club days are great for new members who are interested in joining the tennis, squash or bowls section, as they can come and meet other members and witness first-hand to what we have to offer.
