Years of experience and qualifications

32 years as a personal trainer and 17 years teaching tai chi. BWLA certified.

Over the years I have trained a vast spectrum of clients of all ages and with varying requirements and temperaments. Based on this experience I have developed the skill of motivating individuals in order to achieve their goals.

My role at the club is to ensure its gym members get maximum results.

Personal training is not just a job to Michael - it is his absolute passion to help others succeed with their body composition, strength, and conditioning so that they can live a happy, healthy lifestyle. 

 

Alongside his excellent fitness knowledge and expertise, Michael also has a brilliant sense of humour and will make personal training sessions fun (as well as tough - do not forget that bit!)
